Can unregistered person generate e way Bill?
A Registered person or the transporter may choose to generate and carry eway bill even if the value of goods is less than Rs 50,000. Unregistered Persons –Unregistered persons are also required to generate e-Way Bill
When should e way Bill be issued?
As of April 1, 2018, it became mandatory to file e-way bills for the movement of goods interstate. The government has yet to announce an effective date for creating e-way bills for intrastate movement, but it's expected to be no later than June 1, 2018
